Boca Rotan, FL—Validor Capital, a private investment firm, says one of its holdings—The Marwin Company—has acquired Millwork 360, LLC.
Based in Tampa, FL, Millwork 360 manufactures doors and custom mouldings for residential and commercial projects. The combination of the two companies creates a more robust product offering and enhances manufacturing and distribution capabilities.

Marwin has been a leading supplier of specialty access product for the single and multi-family new construction markets for 70 years. Marwin’s line of attic stairways and specialty door products, offered exclusively through professional building products dealers, provide exceptional value supported with superior customer service. In March, Marwin acquired SS Industries, which manufactures and sells staircases and barn doors under the White Shanty and Paragon Stairs brands.

Validor Capital is a private investment firm that provides liquidity to family and founder owned industrial, manufacturing, and service businesses in the lower middle market. It acquired Marwin in 2017.
