It’s ten years in a row for Taylor Morrison according to Lifestory Research’s annual America’s Most Trust Home Builder Study. The rankings are based on input from nearly 67,000 consumers who were asked to judge builders on several criteria, including trustworthiness, quality, positive word of mouth, overall impression, perceptions of quality and likelihood to recommend.
Among the biggest gainers in the new survey are K. Hovnanian, which went up two spots, from seventh to fifth and Richmond American which jumped from eleventh to eighth.
