At IWF 2022, Woodtech introduced the TruCut CNC Automated Panel Saw Fence, bringing improvements to the cutting process from cost saving, efficiency, productivity, and environmental protection.
The software driven cutting optimization and automation system that can retro-fit onto all modern panel/table saws. Read more
Mattersmith’s online sales and engineering platform was introduced at IWF 2022. Mattersmith lets customers of wood products manufacturers configure products in 3D, get instant quotes, and place orders.
It also lets manufacturers automatically generate production data from the orders. Access to the platform is free; manufacturers pay only for processing of confirmed orders. Read more
Nederman, a supplier of industrial air filtration solutions introduced its LBR SmartFilter at IWF 2022, marrying Nederman baghouse technology to integrated sensors on critical system components including fans, VFDs, combustible dust isolation valves. By monitoring filter performance with pressure sensors and emission monitors, filters can be changed when required versus a timed interval, reducing waste. It also monitors PM emissions to alert users of a torn bag or bypass. Read more
At IWF 2022, Radia introduced its improved Model 9025 Auto Gyro programmable paint mixer, and showed its Model A9000LJ End Effector five-gallon lift assist. Battery operated, the A9000LJ End Effector requires no wiring and can be used anywhere in a shop. It easily lifts five-gallon plastic or metal pails, with a 66-lb. maximum capacity. Read more
