Long-distance transportation may be challenged but shops have a new solution for transporting newly finished doors: PaintLine’s new purpose-designed Handtruck.
PaintLine has just added a “purpose-designed” Handtruck to its recently introduced ProDryingRack Transport (PDRTR) system, which provides a solution for safely and conveniently transporting newly finished cabinet doors. The PDRTR fits up to 20 cabinet doors in a range of sizes, and when mounted on the newly available Handtruck, can be rolled right into the back of a work van or moved around the shop.
“The PDRTR uses polyethylene (EPE) foam on all contact points to prevent surface marring,” the company said in introducing the new product. “It also works with standard L-track cargo tie-down systems for mounting to a vehicle floor or side wall and it folds down for storage. With the PDRTR, newly finished cabinet doors can arrive with the same finish they had when they left the shop.”
The PDRTR Handtruck is available for $235.00 as an add-on to the PDRTR Cabinet Door Transport Rack, which is $511.00, including domestic shipping.
