Both sites offer design, fabrication and complete field installation services for industries including wood products, pulp and paper, chemical, food processing, recycling, material transportation, mining and many others. Rees Memphis was acquired by U. S. Metal Works, Inc. in July 2024. Rees Memphis designs, manufactures, and installs industrial air systems for dust collection, pneumatic conveying and ventilation solutions to a variety of processing industries. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, REES supplies material and air handling equipment, air system components and custom steel fabricated products to achieve project goals from concept to completion.
