Dieffenbacher Zaisenhausen is an independent company within the globally active Dieffenbacher Group. We offer machines, production lines and various applications for the furniture industry, focusing on laminating lines. We design customized solutions for newcomers and for companies that have long-term experience in the TFL business as well as solutions for existing installations to increase their capacities. We make great efforts on individual consulting and offer concepts that are easy to upgrade to reduce initial investment and secure the opportunity to improve capacity later. For the Plywood industry, we have innovative solutions to automate the veneer feeding and layup processes. We have a wide range of solutions for layup capacities from 10 veneers per minute equal to an annualized 4.000.000 ft² on a 3/8” basis up to more than 100 veneers per minute equal to an annualized 40.000.000 ft² on a 3/8” basis. The solutions are suitable for continuous presses and conventional multi opening presses.
