Kumplast, located in Slovenia, near seaport Luka Koper, was established in 1985, as plastic production industry, with products used in furniture sector, with core business: • Edgebanding and foil production for furniture industry, more than 1200 decors on-stock, with annual sales over 150 million linear meters. What we assure to our customers (as a supplier) is as follows; Quality: Is our most important focus. All raw materials we use, they are from USA and European manufacturers, with certificates… All edges we produce, (especially white ABS edge) has increased UV stability, which is very important. ( We have our own laboratory, artificial ageing device, where we test raw materials, our edges, competitor edges… Flexibility: Reaction time for some changings in process, deliveries, customer requests,… Reliability: Keeping deliveries based on customer demands. Developments: Special edges produced according to customer requests (over 250 different printing cylinders, mechanical properties, physical properties, colors, conductivity, dimensions,..) High gloss edges, Deep Matt edges,.. Production capacities: Theoretically annual capacity over 200 million linear meters of ABS and PP edges .. Colormatching precision: Within 2 decades of edgebanding production in ABS and PP material, we develop/colormatched over 4500 colors for our customers.. • Furniture plastic fittings products used in furniture industries such as (levellers, cabinet hangers, extruded plastic profiles,..)
