For primary wood processing we offer also band saw blades for mobile sawing units up to 50 mm (2″) width made of quality carbon steel as well as the bimetal option. For secondary wood processing we offer wide range of tools available for opticut systems, blades for finger joints, thin kerf blades for cabinet makers, grooving blades, triplay processing blades. With the ocasion of our presence in IWF2024 we would like to presence also our newly developed top quality TCT blade for chipboard cutting – sizing blades in whole range. Comparing to our previous version we are achieving up to 4 times longer lifetime between each sharpening thus reducing machine downtime due to changes of the tooling and increasing productivity of the line. PCD options are also available for clients requiring long lifetime with even less changes needed. CNC edging blades are also available in our offer. Aluminium processors can also find in our product line any blade they can eventually need. More then 60% of our production are custom made blades for specific applications based on the customers requirements.
