Ideal Machine started in 2013 with a vision to help manufacturing businesses be more efficient and productive – and therefore more profitable. We offer a range of industrial woodworking machinery including our HSK Wood Molder the RM-100, a simple shaper the IM-101, three Half-Lap Machine variations, and a cope machine. In addition to industrial woodworking machinery, Ideal Machine partnered with Universal Robots, and in 2023 we became a Certified UR Integrator. We now offer collaborative robot automation for manufacturing. These cobot functions include sanding, welding, machine tending, material handling, polishing, and more. Ideal Machine selectively takes on custom manufacturing projects each year.
