Advanced Discount Early Registration is $25.00, offered March 3–July 31, 2026. Starting at 12:01 am August 1 through the end of the show on August 28, 2026, registration is $50.00 for show admission only.
Register now to get the best rates at hotels in the IWF Official Hotel Block. You can book your hotel room and purchase conference tickets as part of the registration process.
Names can be substituted prior to badge printing. There are no refunds on registration or the conference.*

IWF 2026 Registration Now Open
Exhibitors have an allotment of free badges based on booth size, with the option to purchase more for $50.00 per badge. Your designated Registration and Housing Manager can access badge information by logging in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and clicking on the Exhibitor Registration & Housing tile.
All contracted exhibitors receive complimentary guest passes for customers, in a quantity based on booth size. Additional passes will be available for purchase for $5.00 each. Access your passes in the ERC's Exhibitor Registration & Housing tile.
100-500 sq.ft. – 15 guest passes
501-999 sq.ft. – 25 guest passes
1,000-2,999 sq.ft. – 50 guest passes
3,000-9,999 sq.ft. – 100 guest passes
10,000+ sq.ft – 200 guest passes

Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via our reservation 800 number.
Registration for IWF 2026 is required to book rooms in the IWF Official Hotel Block. Reservations can be made as part of the registration process.
IWF has contracted with dozens of hotels in the downtown, midtown and Buckhead areas for some of the best rates on the market.
Booking in the IWF Hotel Block ensures you receive IWF’s low room rates and guarantees support from our official housing provider, Maritz, before, during and after the show.
Maritz Global Events is the only official housing partner for IWF. Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with “too good to be true” deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees.
* Registration and Education Conference Refunds: Refunds are not available for buyer attendee show registration and Education Conference symposia and general course sessions. Sessions can be substituted, but there are no refunds for difference in pricing. IWF provides special-case refunds on a case-by-case basis. Email requests to LCH@iwfatlanta.com. Approved refunds will be processed 30 days after the show.

The GWCC is located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard in downtown Atlanta. It is within easy walking distance of most downtown hotels. From the airport, you can use MARTA (Atlanta’s rapid rail system), take a cab/rideshare or rent a car. MARTA and/or shuttle bus service will also be available from select hotels.
The GWCC has two main entrances. The Andrew Young International Boulevard Entrance is located between Buildings A and B. This entrance is convenient for pedestrian traffic from downtown, MARTA riders from the Arena/Dome/GWCC Station, and parking at the Red Deck (International Boulevard). The Northside Drive entrance is located at Building C and is very convenient to nearby parking at the Blue Lot and Yellow Lot.
