IWF 2026 registration is open as of Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the exhibit floor for safety and insurance reasons. No exceptions will be made.

Advanced Discount Early Registration is $25.00. Starting at 12:01 am ET on August 1, 2026 through the end of the show, registration is $50.00 for show admission only.

No. IWF is open only to industry trade professionals and serious woodworking enthusiasts.

The GWCC is located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard in downtown Atlanta. It is within easy walking distance of most downtown hotels. From the airport, you can use MARTA (Atlanta’s rapid rail system), take a cab/rideshare or rent a car. MARTA and/or shuttle bus service will also be available from select hotels.

Getting to the GWCC

The GWCC has two main entrances. The Andrew Young International Boulevard Entrance is located between Buildings A and B. This entrance is convenient for pedestrian traffic from downtown, MARTA riders from the Arena/Dome/GWCC Station, and parking at the Red Deck (International Boulevard). The Northside Drive entrance is located at Building C and is very convenient to nearby parking at the Blue Lot and Yellow Lot.

The Georgia World Congress Center offers convenient on-campus parking for attendees and staff of on-site events, with the option to reserve a guaranteed parking spot. Additional spaces are available in independent lots throughout downtown Atlanta that are within walking distance of the GWCC.

The schedule for the IWF shuttle bus will be posted online and in the lobby of each hotel served by it. If your hotel is served, you can catch the shuttle bus to IWF each morning of the Fair and be returned to your hotel each afternoon. At the show site, each bus will drop off and pick up at both the Building C Lobby and the International Entrance Transportation Hub.

IWF has negotiated special rates at Atlanta hotels just for IWF participants. You can book your hotel during your show registration process.

No. Children (anyone under the age of 16) are not allowed at IWF and no exceptions will be made. Check with your hotel for suggestions on arranging childcare during the times when you will be at the show.

The Georgia World Congress Center has a limited number of wheelchairs available at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are also available through Mobility Georgia.

Yes, coat and baggage check is available at the Georgia World Congress Center during IWF.

Yes, IWF operates an International Buyers Lounge where interpreters will be available for short-term consultation and assistance. Translation services will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese.

Some major downtown hotels, the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and most large downtown banks have currency exchange. Currency exchange services are not available on site at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Yes, the IWF Education Conference features diverse programs highlighting the latest woodworking trends. Sponsorships are available, as are exhibitor-led sessions (the Exhibitor EDU track). Session proposals may be submitted during the Call for Presentation period.

All vehicles delivering or picking up freight at the Georgia World Congress Center must check in at the GES Marshalling Yard. You must arrive on or before your assigned time, on your assigned date. You can use your own Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) if certain requirements are met. You must register the contractor and follow specific guidelines, accessible from our How to Prepare page. EACs will NOT be permitted to perform the following services: Electrical, Telephones, Plumbing, Booth Cleaning, Catering, Drayage/Rigging.

Yes, our official show contractor, GES, offers a variety of discount packages that can save you money on furnishings, flooring, labor, equipment and all types of services. Exhibitors have an allotment of free badges based on booth size, with the option to purchase more for $50.00 per badge. Your designated Registration and Housing Manager can access badge information by logging in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and clicking on the Exhibitor Registration & Housing tile.

Badges can be mailed for personnel who are registered by July 8, 2026 – you must choose “Mail Badges” in the registration portal. Badges begin mailing on July 13, 2026. All un-mailed badges can be picked up at the show site. Your designated Registration and Housing Manager can access badge information by logging in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and clicking on the Exhibitor Registration & Housing tile.

In addition to the complimentary exhibitor badges for booth personnel, every contracted exhibitor will receive complimentary guest passes for customers.

  • 100-500 sq.ft. booth – 15 Guest Passes
  • 501-999 sq.ft. booth – 25 Guest Passes
  • 1,000-2,999 sq.ft. booth – 50 Guest Passes
  • 3,000-9,999 sq.ft. booth – 100 Guest Passes
  • 10,000+ sq.ft booth – 200 Guest Passes

Additional guest passes will be available for purchase for $5.00 each.

The Registration and Housing Manager for your company can order a COMPLIMENTARY Lead Management System. To get the discount, you must order on or before June 2, 2026. Your Registration and Housing Manager can place the order by logging in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and clicking on the Lead Management Systems tile.

No. Under no circumstances can alcohol be served during show hours, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday–Thursday or 8:30 am – 2:00 pm Friday. Alcohol may only be served after hours.
