Travel to the U.S. from all countries not participating in the Visa Waiver Program does require a visa.
The United States has instituted tighter visa requirements for nonimmigrant applicants. This may increase the time it takes to process your visa application. Use the information in the pages linked below to help prepare for the process and begin your visa application well in advance of your travel dates. Visa applications in some countries can take as long as two to three months.
The request for an exhibitor’s invitation letter is part of the registration process. The exhibiting company’s Registration and Housing Manager must log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC), click on the Visa Invitation tile and complete registration. There is an option to request a visa invitation letter while completing the registration process for each person.
Arrive prepared at your interview. Be courteous and patient.
Currently 27 countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program, allowing their citizens to visit the U.S. without a visa for tourism or business trips lasting less than 90 days. However. there are some restrictions and additional requirements.
Joining (Beijing) International Fair Co., Ltd. is the official agent for Chinese companies exhibiting in IWF 2026 and has been the official exclusive agent since 2012. There are no other exhibition companies authorized by IWF to assist Chinese companies with exhibiting in IWF 2026. Chinese companies that are interested in participating in the exhibition must contact Joining.

There are no other exhibition companies authorized by IWF to assist Turkish companies with exhibiting in IWF 2026. Turkish companies that are interested in participating in the exhibition must contact ENT.

IWF 2026 happens Tuesday, August 25 – Friday, August 28, 2026.
For returning exhibitors who contracted for IWF 2022 and/or IWF 2024, the cost is $18.25 per sq. ft. of exhibit space. Get rates for all types of exhibitors and spaces on our Cost to Exhibit page.
The GWCC is located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard in downtown Atlanta. It is within easy walking distance of most downtown hotels. From the airport, you can use MARTA (Atlanta’s rapid rail system), take a cab/rideshare or rent a car. MARTA and/or shuttle bus service will also be available from select hotels.
