  • Hotel reservations can be made as part of the registration process. Registration for IWF is required to book rooms in the IWF Official Hotel Block.
  • IWF has contracted with dozens of hotels in the downtown, midtown and Buckhead areas for some of the best rates on the market.
  • Booking in the IWF Hotel Block ensures you receive IWF's low room rates and guarantees support from our official housing provider, Maritz, before, during and after the show.
  • No deposit is taken when booking your room through IWF, but a credit card guarantee is required.

Maritz Global Events is the only official housing partner for IWF. Housing companies contacting you pretending or implying to represent IWF with “too good to be true” deals may not be legitimate and/or may carry hidden risks and fees.

To receive IWF rates, rooms must be booked through the IWF website during your registration. Rates are for single occupancy. For double or more occupancy, email iwf.attendee@maritz.com. Rates do not include taxes or fees, currently 16.9% plus $5.00 fee per night.

Advanced Discount Early Registration is $25.00. Starting at 12:01 am ET on August 1, 2026 through the end of the show, registration is $50.00 for show admission only.

The GWCC is located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard in downtown Atlanta. It is within easy walking distance of most downtown hotels. From the airport, you can use MARTA (Atlanta’s rapid rail system), take a cab/rideshare or rent a car. MARTA and/or shuttle bus service will also be available from select hotels.

Getting to the GWCC

The Georgia World Congress Center offers convenient on-campus parking for attendees and staff of on-site events, with the option to reserve a guaranteed parking spot. Additional spaces are available in independent lots throughout downtown Atlanta that are within walking distance of the GWCC.

No. Children (anyone under the age of 16) are not allowed at IWF and no exceptions will be made. Check with your hotel for suggestions on arranging childcare during the times when you will be at the show.
