IWF Disclaimer and Waiver

As a condition of my participation in IWF 2024, I hereby waive any claim I may have against the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release IWF from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from my participation or attendance at the program. I further understand and agree that all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to IWF or to the presenter or speaker. I acknowledge that participation in IWF events and activities brings some risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. If another individual participates in my place per IWF transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waiver by default of transfer.

IWF intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in IWF news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the IWF website. By participating in this event, I grant IWF the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of IWF. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by IWF for any purpose.

Registration and Education Cancellation

Badge registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable. There will be NO refunds for “no shows”. Name changes for badges are allowed prior to August 6 and can be done online. Name changes after August 9 must be done on-site prior to printing badge. No name changes will be allowed after a badge is printed. Technical Conference Sessions changes/substitutions are allowed on a space-available basis, and must be made on-site. No refunds will be made on Education Conference changes/substitutions or cancellations.

Requests for refunds due to special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. Submission of request does not guarantee a refund will be granted. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
