Peshtigo, Wisconsin – Great Lakes Custom Tool Mfg., Inc., a custom tool manufacturer since 1979, will be showcasing the Custom Helical Compression Moulder Cutter this year at IWF in Atlanta, Georgia.

The cutter features twisted helical, REPLACEABLE, carbide blades and is manufactured with a straight bore or hydro-bore.  Based on your feed-rates and RPM’s, the cutter will be designed with the appropriate number of wings best suited for your application.  This helical cutter will provide an exceptional finish providing sharp edges without tear-out or raised grain.  Another benefit to this cutter is the blades are easily sharpened to a high degree of accuracy with proper grinding equipment.
