(Q.V.P.) announces a 60 CFM (cubic feet per minute of vacuum flow) all pneumatic automatic air-powered vacuum pump which reaches 25”Hg (inches of mercury) for Vacuum Pressing Equipment (Vacuum bags or Frame Presses) and CNC equipment.  Its performance can be adjusted for reduced needs. This unit is designed for large shops who want fast evacuation of vacuum bags and large frame presses. It also can be used for vacuum hold down on CNC vacuum tables as a stand alone vacuum unit or backup or booster to an electric pump. The retail price is $1500 for the NU60.

The Nu-Matic is a Venturi style vacuum pump that does not require any electricity to control the automatic on/off cycle of a vacuum press.  It can operate continuously or in a regulated mode.  Being all pneumatic means higher reliability than an electro/mechanical device.  The high reliability and no electrical requirements make it attractive to overseas customers.
