| You can pinpoint exactly who you want to see at the show by searching by exhibitor name or product category. From the myGPS home page, choose to: - Search by Exhibitor: If you want to find a particular exhibitor, utilize the exhibitor search by typing in the company name or filtering the list alphabetically.
- Search by Product: Use our extensive product category search to discover all of the companies who offer the products you’re interested in.
- Search by Featured Exhibitors: To get a closer look at a company’s products you may want to view the Featured Exhibitors to see detailed product displays and live video presentations.
On the bottom left of the floor plan, use the zoom tool at any point to enlarge the floor plan. When scrolling over booths on the floor plan, the exhibitor name and booth number will appear. By clicking on a booth, additional exhibitor information will be available to you. Once you've entered the interactive Floor plans, you can see all these search options by rolling over the ‘Search the Show’ tab at the top left corner and page. Back to Top | The MyIWF Agenda Planner is the best way to get organized for the show. Start researching which exhibitors you need to see, and save yourself and your feet many steps in the process. Click on the ‘myIWF GPS Agenda Planner’ icon and use the sign up form that appears at the top of the screen; click on ‘Create New Account’ to get started. Next, build your agenda by using the search options at the top left to find the companies you’re interested in. Select the exhibitor’s name to view more details about the company on the floor plan and add them directly to your agenda by selecting the “add to MyIWF GPS Agenda Planner” button. Exhibitors can also be added directly from within the list of search results by checking the corresponding box next to the exhibitor name. When your agenda is ready, click print and have a handy list of the exhibitors you added to your agenda. All exhibitors in your agenda will be highlighted on the floor plan print-out to save you time at the show. Back to Top |
| Browse through the sessions catalog by utilizing the various sort fields or choose to view the entire list. Note that in order to store your events of interest you must have first created a myIWF GPS Agenda Planner account as detailed in the step above. When searching through the event list, add any sessions of interest to your agenda by checking the corresponding ‘Add’ box. If you would like more information, select the event title and you will be provided with in-depth details. Your sessions can be accessed at anytime by signing into your agenda planner and opening the My Sessions. For your convenience, any sessions you add to your planner will also be saved in your My Events calendar (see below). Note: Adding sessions to your MyIWF Agenda does NOT register you for that session. You must add these sessions to your show registration to gain entry to the session. Back to Top | To get started managing your appointments, dinners and other show activities, simply click on the My Events tab within the MyIWF GPS Agenda Planner. You will notice the calendar is defaulted to the show month. Note that you must have, of course, set up your myIWF GPS Agenda prior to using this feature. To customize the calendar to reflect your schedule, all you need to do is select the ‘Add New Events’ button. Complete the date, time, subject and description information and it will be stored in your personal calendar. Any day in which you have added an appointment will be highlighted in blue. Appointments you’ve previously added can be viewed by selecting the day or clicking on ‘View My Events’. As stated above, all sessions added to your MyIWF GPS Agenda Planner will be automatically stored in your calendar. To export an event to your Outlook calendar, select the ‘View My Events’ and click on the ‘Add Event to Outlook’ icon. Reminders can be set through Outlook to ensure you don’t forget about appointments and/or sessions.
