Presenters will discuss “Drip Marketing” and other email techniques to stay in touch with customers met at trade shows and keep the conversation going until they are ready to buy. Participants will learn about using email clients like Constant Contact and Mail Chimp, and employing auto-responders to automate email campaigns tailored specifically to customer interest, taking away both general strategies and specific techniques. New customer leads gathered at trade shows, online or from sales calls can be added to the database and these can be nurtured by the same Drip Marketing programs already in place.
