Wilsonart Fabricator University class curriculum focuses on providing the educational tools and opportunities to all Wilsonart and Wilsonart Partner customers. Wilsonart FabU provides instruction on all Wilsonart products, general use of Wilsonart products, fabrication and installation information and hands-on opportunities. Attendees will be provided fundamental teaching through Wilsonart FabU classes to support the entry level carpentry individual, while also providing enhanced product knowledge, carpentry skills, advancements in equipment and tooling, and fab tips to the advanced carpenter.

The Wilsonart Ambassador training instructor group along with our tooling and equipment vendor partners retain over 300 years of experience.

The symposium will offer attendees a rotating schedule, shown below. Each rotation will provide a different station offering education on product knowledge and fabrication techniques for:

Basic Laminate, Postformed Laminate, Decorative Edges, Specialty Laminates, Compact (SPC), SOLICOR, Adhesives, Solid Surface

About the Speakers:


Billy Joe Billeckhas lived in Rogers, Texas all his life. He and his wife Andi have one son, Britt.

Billy Joe grew up in a Wilsonart family, as his father was one of the first employees in 1956, and worked another 33 years. Billy Joe started his career 31 years ago at the SWR warehouse, while attending college; after graduation, he was hired full time in 1990. One of his first jobs at Wilsonart was to travel to Bend, Oregon where he learned the process of Custom Edge, and moved it back to Temple. Billy Joe is currently a Product Specialist in the Technology department, and does various assignments as needed.

Billy Joe loves to hunt and fish, spending time with family, and Saturday football games. 



Gabriel Felicianois the Northeast (NJ/DE) Sales Rep and Quartz Specialist for Wilsonart, and has over 25 years’ experience in hard surfacing products and cabinetry, including owning and operating a high volume Quartz and Granite fabrication facility. His passion is helping people and sharing what he has learned over the many years.

For the last 9 years, he and his wife of 19 years have run a ministry for the homeless. One of his greatest joys is giving back to others. On his downtime, Gabe loves to travel and enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, and 2 dogs.



Koy Richter has lived in Central Texas the majority of his life, is married to Janice, has a daughter, Ashley; and a granddaughter, Riley. He has been with Wilsonart for 28 years, starting in the Cut-to-Size department at the old “Temple South” manufacturing facility. He has worked and advanced in the company in various areas of Manufacturing, the Product Quality Lab as a Process Control Technician, the Color Lab, and is currently a Technical Representative for the Technical Services Department.

Koy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and is a big fan of the Temple Wildcats, Texas Longhorns, and Dallas Cowboys.



Rae Maddux is currently the National Sales Manager for Adhesives at Wilsonart. He’s been with the company for 24 years, and has experience in the Laminate, Solid Surface, and Custom Edge products.

He has been married to his beautiful wife Lisa for 23 years. They share a son, Zachary, who is now 18 and attending college.  Rae and Lisa spend most of their weekends hunting and camping.



Rich Taylor has been with Wilsonart for 25 years. He started his career in the Los Angeles distribution facility, where he worked in the warehouse, and as a backup truck driver. Rich also worked as an Inside Customer Service Rep for seven years before transferring to the Adhesives divisions as a Technician.

In his free time, Rich loves going to the beach to enjoy bonfires, or to just watch a sunset.



Richard (Rico) Conde has lived in the Central Texas area all his life, is married to Terri and they have 5 children: Seth, Heather, Heath, Kalen, and Payten. Rico started his career 30 years ago at Ralph Wilson Plastics (1986) in the Assembly department at the Temple South facility. He has worked and advanced through the company by working in the Product Quality Lab at Temple North, Solid Surface Product Specialist, Solid Surface Sales Associate, Solid Surface Warranty, Technical Services, Sink Product Manager and currently holds the position of Manager of Technical & Fabrication Services at Wilsonart.

Rico’s loves include God and family, holidays, coaching soccer and basketball, and watching the Texas Longhorns & Dallas Cowboys!




Robert Guerra is a life-long Temple resident, and has been married for 21 years to Denise. They have three daughters: Monica, Lauren, and Madelyn.

Robert started his career with Wilsonart in April of 1997, at the R&D facility. In 2000, he moved to the Technology/R&D facility as a research technician, where he was first introduced to Solid Surface. Robert’s duties included material testing, adhesives, and sink evaluation, which eventually lead to learning the fabrication of Solid Surface. In 2005, he transitioned to the Specialty Products and Sinks division, where he performed QC of all specialty products. Robert currently holds the position of Product Development Specialist in the Technology/PPI department, where his duties include training in Solid Surface, Quartz, HPL, TFL, and Specialty Products. He also supports the Design and Sales and Marketing departments for showcasing all Wilsonart Products.

Robert loves spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, and watching sports.
