Quick Chop System
The Quick Chop is a complete and affordable push feed chop saw optimization system.
1. Using a luminescent crayon, the operator marks a board for defects and places the board on the stops. These crayon marks will not appear on the cut board.
2. With the push of a button the chop saw operator can select which cutting bill to use on the board. Unlike the slow 'paddle' measuring/defecting technique, the operator does not have to walk from one end of the board to the other to determine the board's length.
3. The servo controlled pusher/scanner then scans the board for length and the location of the crayon marks. The board is then dropped in front of the pusher/scanner and it is fed into the saw and cut at the optimum positions based on the data collected.
As the board is being cut, the operator can mark the next board, place it on the stops and select the next cutting bill, so that it can be scanned immediately the instant the previous board is finished.

GluJet utilizes hybrid "thin film" technology
1. It can use conventional granulated hot melt (EVA) glue, as well as cartridges, and multi-industry 2 kg slugs.
2. It can apply glue in multiple colors with only a 5 minute change-over time
3. It can apply both EVA and PUR adhesive as standard, with no specialized tanks or external delivery systems. Because the system is sealed, PUR can be left overnight with no risk to the system.
GluJet applies adhesive utilizes "thin film technology" and creates a “no glue line” finished product directly off the edgebander.

The Automated Clamp Carrier woodworking clamps system is the industry standard for high production edge gluing. Sizes range from 20 to 80 sections with widths up to 16-1/2' (5 M) wide. The Automated machine doubles operator productivity with its automatic cycle which tightens the clamps on new stock, rotates the machine, and loosens the clamps on panels to be removed. This allows the operator to spend 100% of their time preparing and loading stock. It also reduces operator effort and paces the overall production. As with all Taylor Clamp Carriers, smaller machines can be expanded as production requirements grow.
Production is based on cycle time and panel size. Assuming that each section is curing 3 panels whose dimensions are 24" x 24" (60cm x 60cm) and assuming a cycle time of 90 seconds, production per shift equals:
